    Hi Adesanmi,

Thanks for sharing this. Off page SEO is something really … hard to define. Some people call it social shares, others call it linking between blogs etc.

The value of social bookmarking has dropped pretty much but it still have some effect. Just need to make sure that you are in line with your strategy and work them out slowly.

    Keep it up!

    Hi Adesanmi,

Great post about Off Page SEO.

Generally it is heavily focused on link building which is truly a hard thing. Thanks to the Web 2, you can create profiles and plant links in them.

Blog commenting, forum posting and guest blogging probably are the most effect method to gain quality backlinks.

You’ve mentioned ‘link exchanges’ which is very controversial topic and Google too hates it if it knows.

    Hi Adesamni,

The article is good and well structured with a good intro, the definition of the concept, the benefits and how to be done.
It is sad to know that social media links are nofollow. So the conclusion would be: social media is good just to bring traffic and not for link building. Or the people you engage with social media, link to your site and create natural backlinks: from their sites and not from inside the social network.
This information must be known on a larger scale because there are many people who believe that when you post a link to your site on Facebook (for example), it will help with your SEO.

    Have a wonderful day
