From blogclicker.com, you will get one traffic to your blog for every two blog/site visited by you and you will earn credit and at the you can also purchase credit to ease you from visiting other blogs while blogexposion.com is as best as other blog exchange program that can be used and it’s free to join, and at the same time; member cannot register more than one account but more than one blog can be added to your account. The more members you refer the higher your credit, you will earn 10% for every member that you invited or register through you.

I have never tried traffic exchange before and to be honest with you, i don't feel like because they have vast effect on bloggers running Google adsense on their blog or don't it?
I love organic and referral programs like our social network and social bookmarks. those are the places i just can't get enough from

You have said it right babanature, Traffic exchange isnt a good traffic source. Apart from the danger it puts a blog running adsense , on the long run such traffic dies, Organic is the best

I have not really used blog exchange traffic. However, it is not something that I would consider. I just don't seem to have the time to visit a lot of blogs just to get credits.
I would much rather focusing on building social networks and organic traffic. I think in the long run this traffic would be more valuable than you would get at the traffic exchange programs.
Of course I am just saying this, I have never had any experience using these type of networks.

Adesanmi, thanks for this timely post. I would never advise any serious blogger to join those traffic exchange sites. Imagine where you get a visit for every two visits you make. It is time consuming and counter-productive. If you use that same amount of energy and time to write good guest posts or do serious blog commenting, it would make more sense.
However, delivering quality content and building relationship with other bloggers would help your blog gain more traffic. Using sites like Bizsugar and Blogengage could also help your traffic drive.

I have heard a lot about such blog exchange traffic – but never used any myself, and I agree with a lot others above, that this isn't something I would really opt for. For one that I rarely get the time to visit a lot of blogs just to get credits, and I would rather put in all my time in writing better content, commenting in a lot more blog, which includes yours too, and also build better relationships with more bloggers.
The real organic traffic you get by doing these things is any day better than blog exchange traffic I feel. I might be wrong too, but these are just my personal feelings
